Where does Rare Tea source its ingredients?
We source directly from small-batch farmers and high-altitude estates in regions like Darjeeling, Fujian, and Uji. Every batch is ethically harvested and tested for purity.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. Please note that customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return tea products if I don't like the flavor?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tea. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 14 days for a resolution or store credit.
Are your tea bags compostable?
Yes, our pyramid tea bags are made from plant-based PLA (corn starch) and are 100% biodegradable and compostable. No plastic or chemicals are used in the mesh.
